If you are looking for a cat or kitten, we would love to hear from you. All our adoptees have been vet checked, wormed, de-flead and desexed. Our kittens have also had their first vaccination.

Unfortunately we do have to charge a fee to help cover some of our costs. Adults are $55 and Kittens $125. Please be aware that while this charge may seem hefty, getting a cat or kitten de-sexed can cost up to $120 per animal.

Forgotten Felines - adoptable kittens

These three kittens were born in March to an abandoned mum, and were not at all accustomed to human contact when they came to us. They are now coming on beautifully and would suit a quiet environment. The ginger kits are Mango and Jaffa (both boys) and the cute tortie/tabby is Toffee (girl) - she has found a home. They will require some love and patience, but will make lovely pets once they have settled into their new home.

Charley is a sweet little girl who, whilst having a bit of an independent streak, is also keen to stop for a snuggle and a stroke. She also loves to play! She is a lovely, loyal little companion cat that gets on well with other cats, children and her canine flatmate. Charley is looking for a forever home where she is able to receive the love and attention that she craves and deserves.

Found wandering around Whangaparaoa, all alone and jumping at shadows and loud noises, this young cat (less than 2 years old) is a bit of a mystery.
She was handed into the Whangaparaoa Veterinary Centre who discovered that she had already been desexed - a clear indication that somebody had loved
her at some time.  She is an affectionate wee girl who has possibly been ill-treated and therefore needs a quiet, stable home - preferably with a woman or a gentle man.
Kelly thrives on gentle affection and energetic play sessions - and these activities will assist her in bonding very closely to her new mum or dad.
She seems to relate best when she isn't feeling threatened so she would need a home where her family allowed her a space of her own and who were willing to give her time to integrate gradually.

This is Rufus and Tucker, brothers, and both gorgeous and now ready to go to their new "forever" homes, either together or singly. They are still a little bit timid with strangers, so would be best suited to a not too noisy household. Tucker is long haired so will require daily grooming, while his brother is short haired.

 
 

These gorgeous babies are still a little young to go to new homes, but will be ready in a few weeks. The grey and white boy, Polo, (short for Marco Polo) is a little adventurer, hence the name. Dennis his black and white brother is a menace and into everything. His sisters Pattie, white with tabby markings, just loves being patted, while little Penny, the tabby with white chest, although the smallest, doesn't realise just how small she is and demands attention and lots of cuddles. They have been bottle fed since three weeks old so are very special.

 
 
    

 

 
These babies have been bottle fed by Sylvia so are really people friendly. They are absolutely adorable, trusting, cuddly, just gorgeous, so can only go to special families who will appreciate their uniqueness. The black and white boy is very outgoing so we have called him Dennis (he is a menace, into everything), his tabby brother is much quieter, he likes to look at the world before he goes there, his three sisters are playful and the unusual girl that looks like a tabby but with a tortie face is just gorgeous in both looks and temperament. They are all gorgeous. If you can give a lifetime home to one or more of these babies, call Sylvia
